Position Overview

Salary:
Top 50% average $101,176 per year.

CPM:
Starting pay $0.64 to $0.67 per mile.

Experience:

One-year verifiable tractor-tanker experience with a Class A CDL.

Our miles are up significantly, and we need safe, experienced drivers to meet our customers' needs. Drivers are paid based on practical miles, meaning 3–5 percent more total miles per year than firms that pay based on short-route miles. Practical miles also roll in faster now that we've raised our governed truck speed to 68 mph on the cruise and 65 mph on the pedal.

The most productive 50% of our OTR drivers average over $101,176 annually (about $1,945 a week; $0.64–$0.67 CPM). The top 50% of our Hunt Transportation drivers average $93,347 annually ($1,795 per week), with starting pay ranging from $0.65 to $0.68 per mile.
