Executive Assistant

Position Overview

Tekberry is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and office support in a fast-paced professional environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while supporting daily office operations, calendar management, meeting coordination, and general administrative functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and standard office technology are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate daily activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Prepare, proofread, format, and distribute professional correspondence and documents.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems to ensure organized recordkeeping.
  • Perform general administrative duties including copying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

Meeting & Office Coordination

  • Coordinate meeting logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items.
  • Schedule conference rooms and coordinate meeting resources as needed.
  • Support office operations by monitoring office supply inventory and placing orders.
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and service requests.

Customer Service & Office Operations

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and external contacts.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and route requests appropriately.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or similar administrative role.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Google Workspace
    • Zoom
    • Standard office technology and equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Associate degree preferred.
