Do you love pets and numbers? Crossroads Pet Resort needs a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help keep our paws—and finances—in order!
About UsWe’re an established pet resort offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and training with nearly 30 years of experience. We take pride in giving pets a safe, fun place to stay and helping our team (both furry and human) grow.
What You’ll Do- Record daily business transactions in Quick Books
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Process payroll
- Generate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking with the general manager/owner
- Work closely with our accountant at year-end
- Has bookkeeping or accounting experience;
Quick Books desktop a must - Understands small business finance and accuracy is your superpower
- Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
- Bonus: loves dogs, coffee, and organized spreadsheets!
Flexible hours, based on experience.
On-site in our office.
