Customer Service Representative - Call Center Operations

Hourly Range: $21/hr (self advance to $24/hr)

This role supports customers through timely, accurate, and professional service in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and process service requests that directly impact customer satisfaction and daily operations.

What You'll Do

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls

* Answer questions related to service, billing, and scheduling

* Process payments, service changes, and work orders

* Document customer interactions accurately

* Work within established quality and productivity standards

What We're Looking For

* Customer service or call center experience

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment

* Reliable attendance and schedule adherence

* Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Pay & Schedule

* Hourly pay

* Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

* Overtime may be required based on business needs
