Tax Resolution Specialist

- Analyze client tax situations and financial documentation
- Prepare and submit IRS and state resolution programs (OIC, Installment Agreements, CNC, Penalty Abatement, etc.)
- Communicate directly with the IRS and state tax agencies
- Educate clients on resolution options and ongoing compliance
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
- Ensure all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
- 1+ years of experience in tax resolution or related tax services
- Strong knowledge of IRS collection processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- EA, CPA, or prior IRS experience preferred (not required)
