First Place Pediatrics seeks a compassionate home health nurse to deliver 1:1 patient care in patients' homes across California. You will work with pediatric and adult patients with g-tube, trach, or ventilator, document progress electronically, and build meaningful long-term relationships with families.
You will start each day with your care team, access detailed patient information on our EMR platform, and provide independent, high-quality care while coordinating with other providers.
