** 14 Days On 7 Days Off Rotation

This solution covers water transport through large pipeline system and services for water and waste disposal.

** The Job:
** As a Night Shift Lease Operator, you’ll be the boots on the ground ensuring safe, efficient operations across our water infrastructure sites.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Maintain large pipeline network with multiple facilities
* Monitor pressures, rates, and level on Scada
* Inspect piping, fittings, and equipment for issues
* Ensure a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work environment
* Complete tasks safely, correctly, and on time
* Support process improvements and team goals
* Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
* Complete required training and certifications
* Perform other duties as assigned
** Requirements:
*** 6+ Months of Oil & Gas Related Experience
** Preferred!
*** High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
