Position Summary
All Metals Processing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material Sales Coordinator to support the coordination and fulfillment of customer material orders. This entry-to-mid‑level role manages inventory, coordinates production schedules, oversees packaging logistics, and maintains communication with internal teams and customers. The position also provides cross‑functional support to production and quality departments to help ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Coordinate material manufacturing schedules with key personnel.
- Manage inventory to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Oversee external packaging processes, including proper handling and packaging into final delivery formats.
- Communicate directly with customers to confirm orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Provide general support to production operations and quality activities (including assisting with coordination, communication, and workflow‑related activities).
- Maintain accurate and organized records to support accounting, traceability, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient, timely and compliant manufacturing operations.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail across workflow, workspace layout, and task management.
- Customer‑focused and service‑oriented.
- Strong ability to maintain precise records to ensure production is aligned with actual demand.
- Capable of designing, maintaining, and improving organization systems within the workspace.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email).
- Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and supporting cross‑functional teams as needed.
- Experience in inventory coordination, sales support, or logistics;
Preferred. - Familiarity with manufacturing environments;
Preferred. - Bilingual – English and Spanish communication skills;
Preferred.
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
Physical Demands- Walking/Standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Moderate pushing and pulling.
- Exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas.
- Good hand and eye coordination and movement.
