Now hiring Production Associate

Location: Stanton, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.;
Saturday 5 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, food production, vitamin, or pharmaceutical environment preferred
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Your Shift on the Floor

You’ll help turn raw materials into finished products. One shift, you may load materials, another you might inspect, label, or pack. Every day, you’ll keep things running safe and steady.

Manufacturing work is fast paced and physical. Pay is good. – Staffmark Production Associate

Responsibilities
  • Accurately package vitamins, capsules, tablets, and powders into bottles, pouches, and other containers
  • Inspect products and packaging for defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues
  • Label products according to batch and product specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
  • Operate packaging equipment and machinery as trained and authorized
  • Record batch numbers, production quantities, and other required documentation accurately
  • Ensure all packaging meets quality, safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines
