NOTES:
CNC Machinist MUST be able to operate a CNC Lathe Machine- NOT mill operators/ that is different and does not work;
Must have CNC Lathe experience
Looking for candidates with 1-6 years of experience
CAD cam experience is helpful but not mandatory
No other computer programs needed/no specific industry experience needed
The CNC Lathe Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision components. Duties include reading technical drawings, selecting and installing tooling, adjusting machine settings, monitoring production for accuracy, inspecting finished parts with measuring instruments, and performing routine maintenance. The operator ensures quality, maintains safety standards, and assists with troubleshooting machine or program issues to support efficient manufacturing operations.
