Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:45 PM | Saturday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Blending experience required.
- Cleanroom experience preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions and quality standards.
- Read and follow batch records, formulas, and production instructions.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials according to specifications.
- Operate mixers, blending equipment, tanks, scales, and material handling equipment.
- Prepare equipment for production and perform cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor batch quality, blending times, and ingredient additions.
- Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collect product samples for Quality Control testing.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify lot numbers and quantities.
- Follow cGMPs, SOPs, FDA regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Work closely with Quality, Warehouse, Packaging, and Production teams to meet daily goals.
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Blending Operator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Required PPE includes mask, gloves, gowns, and steel-toe shoes.
