• Be the first face prospective residents encounter; present yourself as polished, engaging, and energetic.
• Sell skills with a focus on customer service; understand what motivates prospective residents and tailor tours to illustrate why they would love living here.
• Contribute to leasing efforts in a high-energy setting.

This position offers $21.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience, including benefits.

• Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing role; experience in leasing is a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with a diverse audience.
• Initiative, closing ability, and confidence to ask for the sale.
• Professional appearance and communication; able to project a positive image.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.

High School or Equivalent or better.

Relevant experience in sales or leasing is preferred.
