Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
  • Work through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
  • Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
  • Brand advocate for Victra.
  • Provide ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
  • Engage in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
  • Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
  • Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
  • Maintain store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
  • Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
  • Think of innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base.
  • Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
  • Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members and provide timely follow up.
  • Stay up to date with new sales promotions and ensure guests receive a complete solution to meet current and future needs.
Compensation

Pay will include a base rate of $15.50 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

What we are looking for

You thrive in a sales environment and enjoy developing and motivating a team. You set high goals and know how to motivate others to achieve them. You are open to new ideas, relate well to a variety of people, and are attentive to the needs of others to ensure they perform at their best.

You will need to have
  • 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
  • Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team
  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift ten pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
Training Requirements

All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of the official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. All General Managers are also required to attend and complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
