Mississippi State University is hiring an Asst Dir, Student Services - Student Accountability. The position sits within the Dean of Students' Office and supports conduct cases, case management, and honor code matters while coordinating continuity of care for students facing academic, health, or welfare challenges. This assistant director also serves as a campus-wide resource for distressed students, working closely with University police, residence life, and student counseling.
Highlights- Assist the Dean of Students' Office with student affairs advocacy and complaint resolution.
- Serve as a campus-wide resource for distressed students, coordinating with police, residence life, and counseling.
- Handle conduct and honor code cases for the Dean of Students' Office.
- Coordinate assessment and reporting for Care and Concern efforts.
- Develop services that meet the daily needs of MSU students and parents.
- Manage and direct functional areas within Student Services to build a high-performing team.
- Present to faculty, staff, and departments on student-related issues.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field required.
- Two years of higher education experience with student conduct and complaint resolution.
