Robotics Engineer – Full‑Time
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer for a permanent, full‑time role located in the Starkville, MS area.
Core Duties- Develop, refine, and maintain industrial robotic and automated systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Execute process automation initiatives.
- Base salary reaching $130,000, subject to discussion.

- Four 10‑hour shifts from Tuesday through Friday.
- Role is based on‑site with no travel obligations.
- Undergraduate degree in mechatronics, electrical, software, or controls engineering.
- Practical background in robotics, with a preference for Fanuc systems, though experience with ABB, Yaskawa, or Kuka is acceptable.
- Proficiency with PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley, though alternative controller experience is welcome.
- Prior involvement in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in diagnosing PLC issues.
- Competency in coding industrial robotic systems.
- Ability to resolve malfunctions in automated machinery.
- Experience in developing PLC logic.
- Skill in configuring machine vision technology.
- Capability to interpret electrical diagrams.
- Industrial controls including Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron, Schneider Electric, and ABB.
- Robotic welding units.
- Programmable Logic Controllers such as Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Panasonic, Schneider Electric, Beckoff, Modicon, B&R Industrial Automation, and Sigmatek.
- Vision systems like Keyence, Cognex, Omron, Banner, and Matrox.
- Servo motor technology.
- Industrial robotics including Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Wittmann, Panasonic, Yaskawa Motoman, Universal Robotics, Nachi, Epson, Kawasaki, Dematic, and Pentanova.
