Job Description
The Commercial Relationship Specialist provides general administrative support to Relationship Managers within Commercial Banking. The role includes Commercial Banking and specialized business segments such as Agricultural Banking (AG), Government and Institutional Banking (GIB), Small Business Administration (SBA), and Franchise Lending.
Primary Responsibilities- Assists Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships and keeps respective Relationship Manager informed when appropriate.
- Acts as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationship.
- Attends weekly scheduled meetings with Relationship Manager(s) to discuss workflow items such as renewals, new pipeline items, servicing requests, and past‑due reports.
- Provides reports such as 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, One View Pipeline Report, Maturities, Past‑Due and Exception Reporting.
- Facilitates and manages credit application workflow, including collecting financial information from clients, submitting facility applications, and managing loan workflow to closing.
- Manages post‑closing requirements such as tickler requirements and exception citations.
- Manages loan maturity pipeline, ensuring renewals are approved and closed in a timely manner.
- Acts as liaison between Credit Products and the Commercial Team, managing due‑diligence collection from clients.
- Assists with sales support functions, including marketing requests, client and prospect presentations, and building prospect information files.
- Opens new deposit products for clients.
- Works closely with Treasury Management to onboard new clients and provide guidance to existing clients.
- Maintains consistent data integrity for client accounts across source systems.
- Maintains One View administrative data, updating contact information, merging records, managing pipeline reports, and creating COI records.
- Manages data organization within the Relationship Grouping Application (RGA) for accurate 360 reporting.
- Provides support for specialized business segments such as GIB, SBA, and AG.
- Supports miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Or High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years of general banking experience.
- College degree.
- Ability to partner with various internal partners across the organization.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.

Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors that directly impact pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and performance.
Minimum: $37,410.00 USD
Median: $45,184.40 USD
