• Employed on the full or part-time basis.
• Be able to pass all criminal background checks, and child abuse central registry checks.
• Meet educational and experiential requirements of Mississippi State Department of Health.
• Current CPR certification.
• Non-tobacco user.
• OCH will trained the incumbent on all aspects of Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). HIPAA training and certification are requirements of this position. The incumbent will adhere to all security and patient confidentiality rules, and regulations mandated by Federal Government and State of Mississippi. Upon commencement of employment, the employee must sign a Patient, Confidentiality and Security Agreement and abide by OCH Confidentiality, Privacy and Security Policies and Procedures.
  
  Failure to adhere to HIPAA standards, OCH Regional Medical Center Security and Confidentiality policies, and those set forth by Federal Government and State of Mississippi will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
