This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Information Services in the Division of Development and Alumni. The primary duties of this position include providing computer, programming, web, and system support within the Division of Development and Alumni.
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility

Other duties may be assigned to the above consistent with the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job. Not all of the duties may be assigned to a position.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Substitution allowed: Experience can be substituted for education.
Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship. All applicants must have indefinite employment authorization in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and customer service skills
- Ability to concentrate/focus for long periods of time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Highly self-motivated and organized
- Excellent in documenting processes and instructions for others to follow
- Excellent in teaching others how to use information technology
- Strong desire to learn new technologies
- Experience with installation and support of PC and/or Macintosh OS/application software
- Experience with using and administering service desk software such as Team Dynamix
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting audio visual and presentation equipment and software
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk
- No or very limited physical effort required
