Position Title:IT Support Technician Pay

Locations Covered:Starkville (onsite), Philadelphia, Jena, and Kaplan (remote)
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support for PCs, servers, and RF scanners across multiple locations. This role includes on-site support in Starkville and remote support for other sites. In addition to resolving hardware and software issues, the technician is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling scanner repairs, and completing assigned IT projects such as system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:Provide local PC and server support for the Starkville site.
Deliver remote support for PCs and servers located in Philadelphia, Jena, and Kaplan.
Maintain and update the MIS inventory database accurately and regularly.
Repair and maintain all RF (radio frequency) shipping scanners across all company locations.
Assist with and complete assigned inventory‑related projects.
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting
Foundational knowledge of networking principles and components
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related IT support or technical role
