Senior IT & Cybersecurity Leadership | Aerospace / Defense Manufacturing

We are partnering with a highly respected U.S.

-based advanced manufacturing organization serving the aerospace and defense sector on a critical senior leadership search.

• Leading enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, cloud environments, and digital transformation initiatives
• Driving cybersecurity strategy and compliance aligned with NIST 800-171, CMMC, and related frameworks
• Protecting sensitive technical and operational data across secure environments
• Managing risk assessments, incident response, audit readiness, and security controls
• Overseeing facility and information security programs within a regulated manufacturing setting
• Partnering cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, HR, quality, and government stakeholders

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Strong cybersecurity and compliance expertise in a regulated environment
• Experience with in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting environments preferred
• Knowledge of CMMC, NIST frameworks, export-controlled data, and secure operations highly valued
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
