Mississippi State University is hiring an Enterprise Systems Analyst III to implement, maintain, and support enterprise information systems that fulfill the University's requirements. The role involves managing the full life cycle of one or more ERP application systems, coordinating testing, documentation, and providing business process analysis and integration support.
Highlights- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications and ERP systems.
- Develop and execute test procedures and maintain system documentation.
- Collaborate with supervisors, analysts, programmers, and end users for functional design and requirements gathering.
- Provide business process analysis, support application prototyping, and coordinate cross-module integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and database administration principles.
- Experience with Ellucian Banner ERP systems in higher education for at least two years.
- Technical skills include web services, APIs, Linux/Oracle environment, SQL, PL/SQL programming, and Oracle database tools.
- Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 10 years relevant experience, with preferred experience extending to eight years in similar environments. - Significant customer service experience and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Salary grade 18 with compensation determined by the hiring department under university guidelines.
