An expert in Dev Sec Ops with Cybersecurity experience of 4-5 years, who can develop of a body of knowledge and RMF artifacts, and distill current DoD guidance for the technical development teams.
The key skills are- Develop a JCF Platform Continuous ATO Plan that will define the overall strategy and plan for achieving a Continuous ATO for the JCF Platform and its associated factories.
- Develop an AI/ML Factory Continuous ATO Plan that will define the overall strategy and plan for achieving a Continuous ATO for the AI/ML Factories and their associated pipelines.
- Plan and manage agile software development processes required to accomplish the software development work defined in this subtask.
- Experience with public cloud and on-premise VMware virtualization deployments.
- Scripting experience (Python, Power Shell, Ansible).
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
- Infrastructure as code (Vagrant, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Terraform, or similar)
- Continuous integration (Jenkins, Bamboo, Hudson, or similar.)
- Defect tracking (Jira, Bugzilla, Service Now, or similar.)
- Source code management (Git Lab, Git Hub, Bit Bucket, or similar.)
- QA Testing tools (NUnit, JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.)
- Application security testing tools (SAST, DAST, IAST, OSA, or similar.)
- Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or similar.)
- CISSP or similar security certification is a plus.
