Do you enjoy running a welding robot with confidence—dialing in setups, keeping parts flowing, and performing basic maintenance so the line doesn’t slow down? If so, you’ll feel right at home operating a Robotic Welder in a stable, no-travel role built around a four-day week.
The role at a glance
Operate, set up, and conduct basic maintenance on industrial welding robots
Work a consistent 4x10 schedule:
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday Contribute to dependable output with attention to setup and operation
Must-havesHS diploma or GEDHands-on proficiency in operating, setting up, and basic maintenance of industrial welding robots
Compensation and perks
Up to $29/hr (with room for negotiation)
Quarterly bonus up to $1,000
Full benefits and 401(k) match
