Starkville, MS | Up to $44/hour, based on experience
4/10 Schedule | 1st or 2nd Shift
Current Overtime Available
Aerospace & Defense | GTAW/TIG Welding

We're partnering with an aerospace and defense manufacturer in Starkville, MS that is hiring experienced TIG Welders to perform precision welding on highly regulated components.

You’ll work with materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other specialty alloys while following tight tolerances, blueprints, and aerospace quality requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform GTAW/TIG welding on aerospace and defense components
• Weld aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and specialty alloys
• Complete precision welds to tight dimensional and quality requirements
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, weld maps, and WPS documents
• Set up welding equipment, fixtures, jigs, and tooling
• Control heat input and distortion during welding
• Complete required weld and quality documentation
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of welding experience
• Experience with precision or high-tolerance welding
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Ability to follow WPS and established welding procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
