Nursing Unit Leader — Patient Care & Clinical Mentorship

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a Head Nurse to oversee patient care, staff management and daily operations on a nursing unit. You will apply the nursing process to coordinate care with patients and families, and provide clinical leadership in partnership with the unit manager.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience on a similar unit, RN licensure, and BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
