Under general supervision, employs a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to maintenance and upkeep of greenhouse facilities. Additional responsibilities will include day-to-day operation and maintenance of a research facility related to pesticide application technology. Greenhouse/ Pesticide Application technology facility manager.
Anticipated Appointment DateSeptember 2025.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree in related discipline. Rank and salary will be commensurate with the education and/or experience of the candidate.
Preferred QualificationsMasters in related discipline.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- General knowledge of greenhouse use and maintenance.
- General knowledge of pesticide application and products.
- Ability to work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from students and faculty to industry partners.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in many environmental conditions.
