Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and assist with daily office operations. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative support with client-facing responsibilities. This position plays a key role in supporting executive-level functions while also contributing to the overall operations of office spaces and tenant services.
The right candidate will be a self-starter with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of discretion.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Pay: $23.00+/hour (based on experience)
*Temp to hire OR direct hire for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and personal support to company ownership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
- Assist with event planning, special projects, and community engagement initiatives
- Support day-to-day office operations, including mail handling, supply management, and general office coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Assist with leasing-related administrative tasks, including documentation and tenant communications
- Coordinate with internal teams on marketing efforts, occupancy initiatives, and service requests
- Maintain accurate records and databases while handling confidential information with discretion
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be highly professional in presentation, with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
- Thrives both independently and in a team-oriented setting
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional extended hours
