The starting salary range for this role is $35,939.02 - $40,704.00

• Gather and match accounts payable documentation and approvals, respond to and inquire of vendors, maintain open and paid files, and archive records via scans of all documents.
• Produce weekly reports for the accounting supervisor to include upcoming electronic payments, and account payables.
• Maintain proper vendor W‑9 information, update vendor certificates of insurance, and produce annual 1099s for contracted vendors.
• Perform fare box reconciliation, using appropriate counting machinery.
• Prepare bank deposits of farebox coin and currency as required for pick up by armored carrier.
• Prepare reports and deposit tickets for accounting staff as required to document and substantiate deposit amounts.
• Deliver Trip Tickets to various local outlets.
• Complete regular updates to the standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation for this position.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• Knowledge of accounting and office procedures.
• General knowledge of the functions and activities of an Authority.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to speak and write clearly, and understand and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to operate standard office and computer equipment.
