Job Title
The Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications Office of the Dean is seeking multiple part-time employees to work at the front desk.
Duties include:
- Greeting students and visitors.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including providing information on office programs or directing students and visitors to appropriate staff when necessary.
- Answering telephones and performing office support tasks.
- Preparing basic correspondence on behalf of the Bellisario College.
- Scheduling/managing of Executive Conference Room.
Individuals must maintain professionalism at all times, either while assisting members or while working with confidential information.
Essential duties and responsibilities include timely and accurate input of information. Candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills. Training on use of associated systems will be provided.
Work hours can be flexible during the workweek (Monday-Friday), but the ideal candidate must be able to work a minimum of two consecutive hours per workday three days per week (multiple placement opportunities available). This position reports to the Administrative Support Manager and works closely with the Administrative Support Staff, Executive Assistant and Associate Deans for the Bellisario College.
