Dentist – Associate Dentist

Location: State College, PA

Compensation: 50,000 $ sign‑on bonus plus competitive starting pay. Work 4 days a week with full‑time hours at an established practice.

Practice: Blue Jay Dental – a DSO client with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and mentorship opportunities in implant placement and molar endodontics.

• Provide diagnosis of patients’ dental status utilizing accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
• Assess patients’ dental status and arrange for appropriate consultations to determine needed treatment.
• Provide comprehensive professional dental treatment to address oral health needs.
• Perform routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, and fluoride treatments.
• Refer to dental specialists when appropriate.
• Manage administrative functions of the dental office.
• Supervise the work of dental hygienists and dental assistants.

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active PA license and DEA registration.
• Willingness to live and participate in the State College community.
• Competence in all facets of general dentistry.
• Strong focus on clinical excellence.
