Position: Orthopedic Surgeon in Central PA
Orthopedic Surgeon Non-profit regional health system, outside of Pittsburgh, with 9 hospitals with more than 700 providers. Level 11 Trauma. Largest employer in its hometown with over 4,400 employees. Community health serving NW/Central Pennsylvania for more than 100 years. Physician Network has over 50 primary care providers who service as a large referral base to robust specialties including Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery practices.

Join an Orthopedics team bringing the most leading-edge care and treatment delivered by specialists. Comprehensive ortho practice including Total Joint, Spine, Hip, Shoulder, Hand surgeons. Procedures, surgeries and rehabilitation protocols using Mako Smart Robotics surgical tools. Monday - Friday. with 3 OR block schedule and 2 days clinic. General ortho cases included with general ortho call, Dedicated APP support.

Compensation:

Guaranteed base salary ($746k)
Uncapped Productivity Incentives Sign on bonus ($25k neg)
