This search is specific to the areas of analytical and physical chemistry of materials.
The successful candidate will have an established and widely recognized research program focused on understanding structure‑property relationships of nanoscale materials. Research programs that focus on single‑entity analysis, including electrochemical characterization, are preferred. Research that complements existing departmental strengths in structurally‑precise nanochemistry is of particular interest.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field, a record of creative research accomplishments, a research plan clearly articulating future contributions to the field, and a strong desire to achieve teaching excellence at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The position offers outstanding research space and a competitive start‑up package.
The duties include research, teaching, supervision of student research at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and service to the university and the broader professional community.
