The Pennsylvania State University is seeking junior instructors for their 5-week Readiness Institute Summer Program, running from June 29 – July 30, 2026. In this role, instructors will guide high school seniors in creating personalized roadmaps for success and engage them in community readiness workshops.
Candidates should be in their 3rd or 4th year of university studies, preferably in education, have experience working with teens, and be passionate about inclusivity and education. The position offers a pay rate of $20.59 per hour for approximately 30 hours per week.
