Part-Time School of Science Faculty Positions

Position

Part‑Time Lecturers and Lab Instructors in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Mathematics Education, and Physics for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters at the School of Science, Penn State Behrend.

Teach courses and laboratories in the listed subject areas. Specific courses include:

• Biology – BIOL 110, BIOL 162, BIOL 164, MICRB 107, MICRB 202, NUTR 251, SC 120N
• Chemistry – CHEM 111, CHEM 113
• Environmental Science – GEOG 30N, EARTH 2, METEO 3, METEO 5
• Mathematics – MATH 21, MATH 22, MATH 41
• Physics – PHYS 250, PHYS 251

A Master’s degree or equivalent teaching experience is required.

Position is contingent upon class enrollments; classes with less than 9 students may be cancelled, and the position may be terminated accordingly.
