Job Description and Position Requirements
Forensic Science program seeks to hire part‑time Course Assistants for the 2026/2027 academic year for FRNSC 100 – Introduction to Forensic Science.
Successful candidates will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Grade submitted assignments, including, but not limited to, case notes homework, quizzes, exam, professional profiles, and/or extra credit
- Interact with students via email and chatroom to facilitate understanding of course material and scientific concepts
- Transcribe/caption lectures, videos, and/or other recordings for ADA compliance
- Attend a weekly meeting with their supervisor
- Other duties as assigned by the instructor
Applicants must have successfully completed FRNSC 100. Successful completion of FRNSC 210 is preferred, but not required. Preference will be given to Forensic Science majors.
