Job Description

The Process Engineer will be responsible for improving processes within the manufacturing team. This role involves identifying throughput issues and breaking down barriers within the product manufacturing life cycle.

Responsibilities

+ Identify and resolve throughput issues in the manufacturing process.

+ Enhance and improve processes within the manufacturing team.

+ Collaborate with team members to break down barriers in the product manufacturing life cycle.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

+ 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.

+ Proficiency in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and process engineering.

+ Knowledge of materials engineering and mechanical engineering.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+

Experience with Minitab.

+ Associate's degree in Engineering.

+ Experience in customer quality interaction.

+ Knowledge of ceramics, crystals, and machined products.

Work Environment

The work environment is divided evenly between office and floor settings. The role involves working with products such as ceramics and crystals, as well as machined products with applications in DoD, Medical, and C&IP sectors. The facility adheres to the ISO
9001:2015 Quality Standard and is known for its clean environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of State College, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
