Looking to leverage your Enrolled Agent (EA) license in a high-impact, client-facing role? We're partnering with a well-established tax services firm seeking an Enrolled Agent to support their busy tax season—with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

This is a great opportunity for an EA looking to maximize earnings during tax season while building a path toward long-term stability and growth.

• Prepare and file individual tax returns accurately using tax software
• Interview clients to gather financial and personal information
• Review tax documentation (W-2s, 1099s, receipts, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
• Clearly explain returns, refunds, and tax outcomes to clients
• Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
• Respond to client questions and resolve basic tax-related issues
• Promote additional services when appropriate (e.g., refund options)
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and filings
• Support general office operations including scheduling, phone support, and admin tasks
• Stay current on tax laws, compliance requirements, and training updates

• $40,000 earned over the core tax season (January–April)
• Average 50 hours/week over ~16 weeks (equates to ~$50/hour)
• Paid time off included (vacation, sick time, etc.)
• Opportunity for continued employment or full-time transition after tax season
