Shift:
Evening | 8-hour shifts (Start times between 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Clinical Staff / Ambulatory Pharmacists for an evening contract assignment. This role supports inpatient pharmacy operations with opportunities to rotate into ambulatory care services based on departmental needs.
Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy – Required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D) – Preferred - Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience
- Recent hospital pharmacy experience – Preferred
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire
- BLS Certification required if rotating into Anticoagulation Clinic
- Perform order entry, verification, medication checking, and dispensing
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
- Support inpatient pharmacy operations and patient care initiatives
