• Coordinate day‑to‑day provision of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring compliance with federal, state, accreditation, and professional regulations.
• Engage in multiple drug distribution functions, including computerized order entry, prospective review, verification of physicians’ orders, and IV admixture preparation.
• Perform defined clinical and cognitive activities to optimize therapeutic outcomes under Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee directives, communicating with physicians, nurses, and other staff to clarify or change orders and documenting intervention outcomes.

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Valid pharmacist licensure in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure via examination or reciprocity.
