, you will be the driving force behind exceptional ODP services within your assigned branch and/or MPI.
This leadership role blends program oversight, team development, compliance excellence, and person-centered advocacy. You will ensure individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism receive safe, meaningful, and fully supported services — while building a strong, accountable, and motivated team.

What You’ll Lead Program Leadership & Oversight- Direct and oversee ODP services to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering individualized, person-centered supports.
- Serve as the primary contact for Administrative Entities and Supports Coordination Organizations (SCOs).
- Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and regional regulations.
- Oversee documentation accuracy and timeliness (daily, monthly, quarterly).
- Ensure prompt incident reporting and follow-through on corrective actions.
- Partner with Certified Investigators and support regulatory training initiatives.
- Participate in onsite monitoring and quality reviews.
- Oversee staff orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Conduct company-specific training for support and branch staff.
- Mentor and coach team members to strengthen performance and professional growth.
- Participate in developing and implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
- Ensure health and safety measures are consistently implemented.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with staff, supports coordinators, individuals, and families.
- Master’s degree + 1 year of direct experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism OR
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of direct experience OR
- Associate degree (or 60 college credits) + 4 years of direct experience
Additional education, licensure, or certifications may be required based on state regulations.
Additional Requirements- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
- Successful completion of criminal background screening
