eKidzCare is hiring a Registered Nurse Administrator for our office in State College, PA. The RN Administrator will be responsible for meeting and exceeding all growth and development targets while actively establishing and maintaining market awareness throughout the local service area. HIRING IMMEDIATELY---Perfect role for an RN with experience working as a Home Health Supervisor or as a field nurse!
Duties and responsibilities for the RN Administrator:
- Participate with regional and corporate teams to implement the company's standards, policies, and procedures while adhering to federal, medical, and HIPAA standards
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing field and/or management staff as necessary to meet patient needs and assure the growth of the program.
- Coordinate internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual audits as required.
- Manage and address concerns or complaints.
- Participate or assist with evening and weekend on-call virtual services as required
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain Medicaid and state survey readiness
Qualifications for the
RN Administrator:
- Experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Demonstrated history of positive performance results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask while excelling in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to work with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Time management and organization skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively with patients, family members, referral sources, and the community
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices as well as state and federal regulatory requirements
