• Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and as personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests; provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Expected to coordinate all aspects of the room/facilities set‑up, including audio/visual and F&B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Team player.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time management skills.
