- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and as personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests; provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
- Expected to coordinate all aspects of the room/facilities set‑up, including audio/visual and F&B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of high school education.
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role.
- Food safety certification preferred.
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
