Guest Room and Laundry Attendant

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Handle guest complaints and guest requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance deficiencies.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Return and restock cart at the end of the shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Process bed linens, terry, and table linens using laundry/dry cleaning machinery.
• Clean, press, and finish staff and guest garments and designated guest room fabrics and articles.
• Observe house, safety, housekeeping room, and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Demonstrates expertise in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in hotel environments, with a strong focus on proper chemical handling and effective communication. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish enhances guest interactions and service delivery.
