Best Line Equipment is seeking an Employee Benefit Specialist to join our HR team at the State College, PA office. You will own and administer our employee benefits, including self-insured medical/dental, insured vision and life, disability, and 401(k) plans.
You will coordinate enrollments, life events, and open enrollment, handle claims, and partner with payroll and HR to ensure accurate deductions and records. This role requires compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and FMLA.
