Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for experienced Service Desk / Deskside Support Professionals with strong L2 support, troubleshooting, and onsite support experience for an exciting opportunity in State College, PA.

• Perform Service Desk operations following defined SOPs and ITIL processes
• Provide Desk-side / L2 support for local and regional sites
• Deliver hardware, software, and infrastructure support within SLA timelines
• Manage IMAC activities, PC refresh, stock handling, and asset disposal
• Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
• Maintain CMDB and IT inventory accuracy
• Support antivirus, patching, Tanium tools, and security compliance
• Handle incident management, backlog resolution, escalation tracking, and root cause analysis
• Support acquisition integrations and shopfloor/field IT operations
• Provide VIP / executive onsite support when required
• Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and customers
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge support

Minimum:
High School Diploma

Preferred:
Associate / Bachelor’s Degree in IT
