PC Technician

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Break-Fix PC Technician to handle physical hardware repairs, component replacements, and troubleshooting. This position is strictly focused on hardware infrastructure
—there is no software troubleshooting, operating system configuration, or help-desk support involved.

If you love tearing down laptops, replacing motherboards, and diagnosing physical hardware failures, this is the role for you.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair physical hardware issues on desktop PCs, laptops, and workstations.
• Perform component-level replacements, including motherboards, LCD screens, hinges, bezels, keyboards, camera modules, and ribbon cables.
• Efficiently manage a daily queue of repair tickets.
• Ensure high-quality repair standards to avoid dead-on-arrival (DOA) parts or follow-up issues.
• Accurately document repair notes and manage parts return processes.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year of professional experience in PC break-fix hardware repair.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong familiarity with major OEM hardware layouts (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, HP). CompTIA A+ or OEM certifications (Dell/Lenovo) are a major plus but not strictly required if you have proven hands‑on experience.
• Tools:
  Ability to use standard tech repair tools confidently (precision screwdrivers, spudgers, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
  
  High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic.
• Physical/Logistics:
  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and reliable transportation (if travel between sites/territories is required).
