Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator is a crucial role in customer satisfaction & operational efficiency. It will support the Operations and Planning teams by executing daily order-management, shipment-tracking, and supply-chain data updates. This role serves as a key communication point for the SCE planning email inbox, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed, ship dates are accurate, and risks to on-time delivery are identified and escalated.
The Supply Chain Coordinator processes RMAs, updates work order release/completion timing, revises shipment commitments, and maintains accurate late-code and promise-date data within the ERP system. This position ensures product movement aligns with customer expectations and internal production schedules while supporting continuous improvement across planning processes.
* Manage the State College planning email inbox and provide timely responses to internal customers
* Ensure product delivery dates are met and escalate risks to missed shipments.
* Process and track RMAs to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
* Update revised shipment dates in the ERP system.
* Update work order release and completion dates.
* Maintain and update late codes, sales lead time metrics, and promise-date accuracy.
* Collaborate across departments for alignment on order status and delivery expectations.
* Support missed-shipment reviews with root-cause details and corrective actions.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or order management.
* Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency with ERP systems
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of supply-chain workflows.
* Effective communication skills across teams.
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with RMA processing or shipment coordination.
* Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles.
* Customer Service experience
* Advanced Excel or reporting tool proficiency.
* Experience in manufacturing environments.
Pay range $39K - $50K plus 5% target bonus and benefits.

The salary rate for this role is currently $39K-50K The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
