ZRG Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Penn State in the search for an Assistant Vice President, Colleges, Campuses, and Units.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Colleges, Campuses, and Units, the Assistant Vice President will be a senior fundraising leader, serving on the CCU leadership team and among at least three Assistant Vice Presidents. This role is primarily responsible for providing strategic leadership to the College, Campus, and Unit fundraising teams within their purview and can take on special projects as requested by the Associate Vice President.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the College, Campus, and Unit fundraising teams.
- Mentor and oversee Directors and Senior Directors of Development for select campuses, colleges, and University Park fundraising units.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on management issues and major gift strategy development for those units.
- Take on special projects as requested by the Associate Vice President.
- Support the infrastructure for the Division of Development and Alumni Relations’ largest campaign and oversee major gift fundraising efforts.
- Leadership experience in a higher education institution of considerable organizational complexity.
- Extensive experience in senior fundraising leadership and vision.
- Broad range of background experience is considered.
The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $225,000. Penn State provides a broad range of benefit options, including extensive healthcare coverage, tuition remission, retirement savings, generous paid time off, and other benefits.
