The Process Technician is responsible for designing, analyzing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing and operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role works cross-functionally with production, quality, R&D, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure processes are robust, scalable, and compliant with internal and external standards.

As a Manufacturing Quality and Continuous Improvement Technician, you must be able to:
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, yield, cost, quality, and safety
  • Design, develop, and implement new or improved manufacturing and operational processes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities
  • Define and monitor key process metrics (KPIs) and drive data‑based decision making
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve process issues and minimize downtime
  • Ensure processes comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and safety requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to operations personnel
What Makes You An Asset To Our Team
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process data
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Associate’s degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
  • Experience with process validation and documentation in regulated environments
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of automation, equipment qualification, or process simulation tools
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Data‑driven decision making
  • Attention to detail
  • Technical writing and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Hands‑on problem solving
