The Kiln Room Operator processes all ceramic capacitors delivered from the Press, Spray, and Buildup Departments through the Firing Department. The successful person in this role will focus and work independently with minimal supervision. This open position is for a 12-hour night shift (7:30 PM-7:30 AM) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday including holidays.
